Arc Sentry, founded by Andrew Wolf in 2015 and later incorporated in 2019, came into existence due to a customer's challenge. Andrew, a management consultant by trade, had assisted a client in developing their international supply chain during the years 2005-2007.
Fast forward to December of 2014, we received a call from the same long time client. Only this time the client had decided to throw in the towel with their warehouse provider. The client exclaimed ".. we developed this global supply chain and I'm not able to find a provider here the USA that will execute the way you said they could. Put your money where your mouth is, I want you and your team to take on my 3PL biz."
Seven years later and we continue to serve the customer that challenged us to start down this path.

Founder / CEO
Andrew Wolf has over 25 years experience in Finance, Supply Chain / Logistics and Transportation.
Working at a record label during his undergraduate and graduate college programs, he finished his Masters Degree in 1996 and subsequently started his work career with Lufthansa German Airlines as one of two National Strategic Analysts.
Afterward, accepting an opportunity to work in DB Schenker's corporate finance group reporting to the CFO and VP of Controlling. A few years later, he was promoted by DB Schenker AG to National Vice President, Integrated Supply Chain Solutions,
overseeing the logistics group with 20 warehouse centers throughout the United States.
In 2003 he moved to Southern California where he founded his consulting practice. Together with Toru Matsumura, they founded Arc Sentry in 2015.
In 2021 Arc Sentry made the decision to expand and move their headquarters to Central Texas area.
Chief Operating Officer
Starting in Event Coordinating and PR relations for a local artist studio, Ogre Shop (2005), Toru spent the next 5 years partnering with local artist based businesses as the Operations Manager at eVocal Design Studios.
In 2010, Toru brought his operational skill set to Arc Mercury, expanding his reach to businesses seeking organizational support. With his clients’ growing need for a reliable logistics solution Toru and a core team, founded Arc Sentry, a flexible logistics provider. Arc Sentry's vision is a 3PL that has the client’s needs and business interests at heart.
Vice President of Sales
Parker began his career in sales at a National Multi-Unit Retail operation in 2001. During his 15 years in management, he moved up to run the Sales and Operations divsions for a 10 location territory in the Central Texas Market.
Parker moved over to B2B sales in 2015, when he accepted the National Sales Manager role at a Professional Audio company where he managed key account relationships with Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy and many others.
He joined Arc Sentry in 2022, as the company expanded its operations to Central Texas. Parker brings a strong sense of organizational skills, and a deep understanding of putting the client's business needs first.
